- Paneer, Crumbled: 200 grams
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
- Bread crumbs: 1/4 cup

How to Make Paneer Kofta: Instructions
- Combine the crumbled paneer, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, chopped coriander, green chilies, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt in a bowl to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough into equal-sized pieces, and then divide them into small cubes. Place the paneer cubes in a deep pot and cook over high heat until slightly browned. Remove the paneer to a plate using a slotted spoon, and set the paneer aside.
- To warm up the oil in a pan, whisk together cumin seeds. When the seeds start to crackle, add the chopped onions and browned and sauté until tender.
- Sauté minced garlic with ginger pepper for 1 to 2 minutes before the raw smell goes away.
- Peel the tomatoes and chop them. Splurge on the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Stir and roast with a gas burner until golden brown and soft.
- Turn off the pan and let the mixture sit for a few minutes. After it has cooled, place the mixture into a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the puree back into the pot and add 1 cup of water. Stir the mixture well and bringing it to a boil.
- Reduce the quantity of heat and add cream. Mix well and simmer for two to three minutes.
- Gently integrate the paneer koftas into the gravy, cover the pan, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes more.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice, naan, or roti.
